A medical intern, identified as Dr. Anushka, enrolled in the MBBS program at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, tragically took her own life by hanging herself. The distressing incident occurred within her residence in Faridkot, where her lifeless body was discovered. Dr. Anushka's internship at GGS Medical College Faridkot, as detailed by Punjabi Jagran, underscores the devastating loss experienced by the medical community and her loved ones.

Dr. Anushka's tragic suicide, purportedly linked to overwhelming pressure from the NEET PG exam, has sparked shock and sorrow. Reportedly, she was diligently preparing to pursue an MD degree following her MBBS, but the immense stress took its toll. However, the true cause of her untimely demise remains shrouded in mystery, according to statements from DSP Shamsher Singh Gill. As the investigation unfolds, authorities have taken custody of her body and initiated the process of conducting a thorough autopsy to ascertain the circumstances surrounding her death.
