1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on doctorsportal.in for:

• Doctor Website packages (Starter/Professional)
• Add-ons (extra pages, SEO bundle, WhatsApp lead bot, logo/branding, etc.)
• Annual renewals (hosting/maintenance, domain renewals, support plans)
• Group/association bundles

All payments are in INR.

2) Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

• Before work starts (no domain purchased, no design kickoff): Full refund.
• After work starts (any of these occurred: domain procurement, brief/intake finalized, design/UI initiated, content setup): Partial refund = Amount paid minus:
  • Domain cost and other third-party expenses
  • Design/config hours already consumed
  • Non-reversible payment gateway/collection charges if any
• After first draft is delivered (website preview/shared link provided): Refunds are typically not available; exceptions may be considered case-by-case for genuine issues.
• Add-ons: Refunds only if unused and no work initiated.
• Annual renewals:
  • Within 7 days of renewal payment and no service consumed – eligible for full refund.
  • After 7 days or if service already used/activated (hosting running, support calls, SSL/domain processed): No refund.
• Introductory/limited-time offers: Same rules; discounts don’t affect eligibility but non-reversible third-party costs still apply.

3) Failed, Duplicate, or Fraudulent Transactions

• Failed/charged but not captured: Auto-reversed by the payment provider per their timelines.
• Duplicate payments: Verified duplicates are refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Suspected fraud/chargebacks: We cooperate with payment partners and may withhold or reverse services until resolved.

4) How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@doctorsportal.in with:

• Order ID / Razorpay Payment ID
• Registered email & mobile
• Reason for cancellation/refund request
• Any supporting files (screenshots, receipts)

We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 5–7 business days after checking work status/costs.

5) Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank reflection timelines are typically 5–10 business days, subject to your bank/payment provider.

6) What Costs Are Non-Refundable

• Domain registration/renewal and related third-party procurement (registrars, SSL, etc.)
• Work already delivered or hours logged (design, configuration, content setup)
• Non-reversible payment gateway/collection charges where applicable
• Any government taxes/fees that cannot be reversed

7) Changes to Orders

You can modify add-ons or upgrade packages before delivery; incremental costs may apply. Modifications do not automatically create refund eligibility.
