ഡൽഹി: ആശുപത്രികൾക്ക് വീട്ടുനികുതി ക്രമീകരണം, മെഡിക്കൽ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ജോലി സാഹചര്യം തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ ഉന്നയിച്ച് ഡൽഹി മെഡിക്കൽ അസോസിയേഷൻ്റെ ബാനറിൽ നൂറു കണക്കിന് ഡോക്ടർമാർ ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ മൗലാന ആസാദ് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ നിന്ന് ഡൽഹി രാജ്ഘട്ടിലേക്ക് പ്രതിഷേധ മാർച്ച് നടത്തി. ഡോക്ടർമാരുടെ ദീർഘകാലമായുള്ള ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ അധികൃതരുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ പെടുത്താനാണ് ഡൽഹിയിലെ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രവർത്തകർ മൗലാന ആസാദ് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളജിൽ നിന്ന് രാജ്ഘട്ടിലേക്ക് സമാധാനപരമായ മാർച്ച് നടത്തിയതെന്ന് ഡൽഹി മെഡിക്കൽ അസോസിയേഷൻ ചീഫ് കോർഡിനേറ്റർ ഡോ. അരുൺ ഗുപ്ത പറഞ്ഞു. മെഡിക്കൽ മേഖലയിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർ വളരെക്കാലമായി സമൂഹത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അന്യായമായ പെരുമാറ്റത്തിന് വിധേയരായിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഈ പ്രശ്നം അധികാരികൾ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്യണമെന്നും പരിഹാരം കാണണമെന്നും ഡോക്ടർ ഗുപ്ത പറഞ്ഞു.

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has ruled that a delay in performing a crucial operation not only constitutes negligence but also indicates a deficiency of service. Consequently, the Commission has directed Kamineni Hospitals Ltd and a pediatric orthopaedician to jointly pay Rs 6 lakh in compensation to address the harm suffered by a patient with cerebral palsy and hemiplegia.
