"വായു മലിനീകരണം ശ്വാസകോശ സംബന്ധമായ അസുഖങ്ങൾക്ക് പുറമെ ശരീരത്തിൻ്റെ വിവിധ സംവിധാനങ്ങളെ ബാധിക്കുമെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കേണ്ടത് പ്രധാനമാണ്. ഹൃദയാഘാതം, ബ്രെയിൻ സ്ട്രോക്ക്, ആർത്രൈറ്റിസ് തുടങ്ങിയ കൊറോണറി ആർട്ടറി രോഗങ്ങളുമായി മലിനീകരണത്തിന് നേരിട്ട് ബന്ധമുണ്ട്." അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു
