Authorities are currently investigating eight doctors and an associate professor from V S Hospital in Ahmedabad for allegedly conducting unauthorized drug trials on patients since 2021. These medical professionals are suspected of collaborating with over 50 pharmaceutical companies to test various drugs without obtaining the necessary approvals.
